Terms & Conditions

• All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations, as well as their fleaing and worming treatments.

• We require a valid payment card to complete all bookings. No payment will be taken at the time of booking and our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time with no charge.

  • Under 48hrs notice: 50% charge.

  • Same day cancellations/no-shows: 100% charge.

• If fleas are present at the appointment, the groom will be cancelled at full charge due to the need to close and deep clean the salon.
